Debbie Costello is a New Jersey native who moved to the Lehigh Valley when she was a high school student. She is a graduate of Cedar Crest College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, along with her Paralegal Certificate.
Debbie joined our firm in March of 2017. She is our primary litigation paralegal and has significant experience in various types of civil litigation matters, including, most notably, labor and employment law. Debbie assists our attorneys by coordinating scheduling, drafting various pleadings and discovery, reviewing and summarizing documents, and participating in the vital aspects of preparing cases for litigation.
Debbie currently lives in Allentown with her two daughters. She is an active volunteer with her daughters’ Girl Scout troop, Cheerleading and Softball leagues, and regularly participates in the annual March of Dimes March for Babies.
